Your document is blurred just like my iPad. I rarely use zoom-in. Most use zoom out. The reason is that the screen is too small to express much content on the screen.
In the past, when I used the iPad Pro 12.9 1 gen, I thought it was an advantage that the rendering speed(quickly loading speed) was faster than other apps even though the quality was blurry. The clarity of the document has become more important because it is currently an 11 inch small screen(The reason is that I have to read the document quickly.).
P.S. I think the render engine used by Adobe is fast and the documentation is very clear.
